Breath Centered Flow
Suitable for all levels, beginner to advanced, this class focuses on how breath informs, supports, and enhances movement. We will explore how different styles of breathing engage the muscles of respiration to assist movement, facilitate micro-adjustments in alignment, and deepen the mind-body connection.
You can expect class to begin with a meditation on the breath followed by sun salutations and short sequences of poses which we will revisit throughout the class as we learn to let the breath guide our practice.

Community Yoga
This class works to increase stamina, strength and flexibility while emphasizing the connections between the breath, centeredness in the core, and movement.
You can expect a short meditation at the beginning of class followed by gentle warm up exercises, sun salutations, a series of standing poses and plenty of time to wind down into savasana. Suitable for all levels.
Community Yoga is always donation based. To learn more about our community yoga programs, click HERE.

Vinyasa Flow
On the more vigorous side, this class works to increase stamina, strength and flexibility, emphasizes alignment, and encourages a flow of movement with breath.
You can expect sun salutations, flowing sequences of standing poses, balance poses, core work, and an overall well rounded practice.
Be prepared for a playful, explorative and energizing practice. While this class is challenging, students are highly encouraged to move with their own breath and work where they are.
